Referral Program Terms & Conditions for Referrers
Eligibility
- The referrer must be an existing customer as of the promotion start date (26 August 2024).
- Referrers must maintain an active account with no outstanding balances at the time of referral submission and rebate redemption.
Promotion Period
The Referral Program is valid from 26 August 2024 to 2 September 2024. Referrals made outside this period will not be eligible for the RM10 discount.
Referral Process
- Referrers will receive a unique Google Form link to share with potential new customers.
- The referred customer must fill out the Google Form and complete their initial payment (deposit, establishment fee, and first month's fee) within the promotion period for the referral to be considered successful.
Rebate Application
- Upon successful completion of the referred customer’s payment, the referrer will receive an email with a link to redeem their RM10 rebate.
- The referrer may choose to redeem the rebate immediately after each successful referral or accumulate multiple rebates for redemption at a later time.
- The RM10 rebate will be applied to the referrer’s next billing cycle. If accumulated, rebates will be applied consecutively to subsequent billing cycles.
- The rebate is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.
Restrictions
- The RM10 rebate cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers.
- Each referrer is eligible to receive a maximum rebate amount corresponding to the number of successful referrals made during the promotion period.
Subject to Availability
- The referral program is subject to the availability of season passes. In cases where season passes are unavailable, the referrer will be informed, and the rebate will not be applicable.
